Spirits of the Winter Sky at Western Gateway

NORTH ADAMS -- The Department of Conservation & Recreation’s Visitors Museum at Western Gateway Heritage State Park presents an illustrated lecture, "Spirits of the Winter Sky," on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 3 p.m.

This illustrated lecture will investigate the auroras that create the Northern and Southern Lights, and their place in science, history and culture.

Western Gateway Heritage State Park is located south of the Hadley Overpass on Route 8 in North Adams. The Visitors Museum is in building 4. Information: 413-663-6312.
