NORTH ADAMS -- The Family Resource Center and The Family Place hosts Tenant Rights and Responsibilities Feb. 13 at noon at The Family Place, 61 Main St. Join The Family Place and The Family Resource Center in this free workshop to better understand your rights and responsibilities as a tenant. Families will discuss, ask questions and get information. Light lunch will be served.
