NORTH ADAMS -- Are you looking for a rewarding way to spend some of your spare time, develop a hidden talent, add "volunteering" to your resume, or to give back to your community?
Child Care of the Berkshires has a place on its volunteer support team. Thirty minutes, an hour, two hours, any time you can give during the week will be invaluable and appreciated. CCB support programs are in need of some energetic dedicated community members to help with a variety of tasks; such as classroom support for the child care centers, guiding projects in the after school program, helping at family events, answering phone calls, assisting with mailings, or other office tasks and working in the children’s clothing exchange, just to name a few.
CCB is also looking for short term volunteers for an on-call list for child care and special events. CCB staff will provide training, so volunteers can feel confident in their role on the team.
