NORTH ADAMS -- Northern Berkshire Community Coalition’s September Needs Assessment Forum will focus on addressing emerging issues in the community and setting an agenda for the year ahead. Everyone in Northern Berkshire is encouraged to bring their topics for discussion to the forum, Sept. 13, 10 a.m. to noon, at the First Baptist Church.
The forum will begin with a round of introductions, followed by brief announcements of any upcoming events or new projects. A table will be available for guests to display fliers. Please bring a non-perishable item to benefit the local food pantry, The Friendship Center.
"Our monthly forums are designed to help individuals engage with, and be aware of, issues and concerns that affect the quality of life for our community," said Al Bashevkin, nbCC’s executive director. "Now in our 28th year, we are more dedicated than ever to our mission of building bridges between residents and needed resources in Northern Berkshire County."
Come join in conversation with neighbors, friends and colleagues to help make the Northern Berkshire community a better and healthier place to live.
The First Baptist Church is located at 131 Main St. in North Adams. Please use the Eagle Street entrance. Childcare is available during the meeting by contacting the Coalition office before Sept. 9.
