WILLIAMSTOWN -- The third annual "Bloomsday in Williamstown" will be celebrated on Sunday, June 16. The migratory event features a series of readings from James Joyce’s masterpiece "Ulysses." All are welcome for any part of the celebration to stroll to various public venues in Williamstown, reading selections from "Ulysses," stopping at locations that correspond to those in the novel: a riverside, a cemetery, a pub and others. Join this collegial effort to make Joyce’s seemingly intimidating masterpiece more accessible.
Join in for the full day or any portion thereof. Bring a copy of "Ulysses" and read along, or you can share with others.
The June 16 celebration of Bloomsday in Williamstown will begin at 8 a.m. with Chapter One.
