WILLIAMSTOWN -- Tom Sieling, a widely acclaimed singer-songwriter from Newfield, N.Y., will perform a free, very participatory family program called "Howl at the Moon with a Ground-Dweller Tune!" at the Milne Public Library on Saturday, July 27, at 2 p.m.
This show consists of participatory, humorous children’s songs that are guaranteed to engage everyone. Tom accompanies himself on guitar, banjo, harmonica and a drum machine, and all songs include parts for the whole family. Nicole Carner, library director of the Pember Library in Granville, N.Y., says, "Tom is a wonderfully engaging performer ... sure to raise even the most reticent out of their seat! We ‘howled at the moon, sang a wild thing tune’, and wanted more!"
Everyone, of any age, is invited. The show is part of the library’s Summer Reading Program, "Dig into Reading," and is sponsored by the Friends of the Milne Public Library. For more information: 413-458-5369, firstname.lastname@example.org.
